ED conducts raid in Ladakh for Emoillent coin scam. The raid was conducted under the provisions of the Public Money Laundering Act (PMLA) to investigate the case. Everyone is curious to know more about the details of the case. ED investigated six premises. The main locations of the cases are Leh in Ladakh, Jammu in J-K, and Sonipat in Haryana. Many people who invested their money filed an FIR against the coin. People invested their money in a scam.

The Emollient coin was a cryptocurrency scam. The company named ”The Emollient Coin Limited” started on 28 September 2017. It registered its office in London. It showed Mr Naresh Gullia and Mr Channi Singh as the promoters of the company. The ED conducted the raid for the first time. Leh Ladakh is a place where no one thinks of raiding. However, the cases increased after the FIR for the Emollient Coin increased. They were working from a location near SNM Hospital, Leh.

Enforcement Directorate mentioned that it is their first-ever raid in Leh and Ladakh. The fake currency cases are rising every day.
