The case has become a topic of discussion among the devotees of the Isha Foundation. Dr S Kamaraj files a habeas corpus petition against which the high court orders the police to conduct an inquiry and file a report. More than 150 police personnel with an SP enters the Isha Foundation Coimbatore Ashram on Tuesday. On the police investigation, the Supreme Court enters the matters and holds back the police from further enquiry. The highest authority on Thursday said, “You can’t let the Army or the police into an institution like this”. Along with this, the Supreme Court also transfers the pending petition to itself.
The court now asks the petitioner to appear in front of court through the video conferencing or directly as they want. Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud ordered the Coimbatore Police to collect all the case details. According to the controversy, Dr S Kamaraj files a petition in the High Court. According to him, his two daughters Geetha and Latha have been held captive in the Foundation of Coimbatore. Her father files the case one more time after their mother. The first time, the daughter’s mother also filed a case 10 years ago claiming the same thing.
At that time, his daughters said that they were in the ashram of their own will. They have not been held captive. The court closed the case at that time. He again filled the case.
