New Delhi: Voltas Ltd has named Amit Jaiswal as its new Head–Internal Audit, effective December 8, 2025, the company informed the stock exchanges under SEBI’s disclosure norms.

A Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience, Jaiswal joins the Tata Group company from Cipla, where he served as the Global Head – Internal Audit. He began his career in 2007 with Suresh Surana & Associates before moving to Cipla in 2012.
Voltas said Jaiswal brings expertise across internal audit, internal financial controls, risk management, forensic investigations, compliance, and analytics, adding that the appointment strengthens the company’s governance architecture.
The company clarified that the appointment is not related to any board-level position and that there is no relationship with any director.
The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
