New Delhi: In a move aimed at boosting India’s small business exports, Delhivery on Tuesday launched ‘Delhivery International’, a new Economy Air Parcel service tailored for MSMEs seeking affordable and predictable cross-border logistics. The service is offered through the Delhivery One platform.

The company said high shipping costs, fragmented documentation rules and limited visibility continue to impede small business exporters. The new offering promises real-time rates, multiple carrier options and end-to-end shipment tracking, while leveraging Delhivery’s nationwide reach across 19,000 pin codes to enable exporters in remote clusters to access global markets.
“Many SMEs face hurdles in cross-border logistics due to high international shipping costs and complex documentation. Delhivery International addresses these issues by providing a streamlined booking experience and full visibility,” said Vani Venkatesh, Chief Business Officer.
Calling exports a “massive catalyst for MSME growth,” CEO Sahil Barua said the company aims to remove friction from global trade for Indian businesses.
Delhivery, which has delivered over 4 billion shipments since inception and serves 48,000+ customers, already offers Express Air Parcel and a range of freight and supply chain solutions. The new economy service expands its cross-border capabilities at a time when MSMEs are increasingly eyeing overseas markets.
