In a regulatory filing, the engineering major said the orders span cultural, sports and residential infrastructure projects.

The B&F vertical has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation for the construction of Advait Lok—the Acharya Shankar Museum Complex and parking facility—at Omkareshwar in Khandwa district.

The project involves building a global museum showcasing the life and philosophy of Acharya Shankar, featuring intricate stone carvings and glass fibre reinforced concrete architectural elements.

The scope includes civil works, architectural finishes, MEP services, external development and five years of operations and maintenance, with a project timeline of 36 months.

Separately, L&T has received an EPC order from the Assam government for the redevelopment of the R G Baruah Sports Complex in Guwahati.

The project includes the construction of a FIFA-compliant football stadium with a seating capacity of 25,000, along with allied sports infrastructure, and is scheduled for completion in 27 months.

The company has also secured an order from a private developer for the construction of luxury high-rise residential towers in Mumbai, comprising three towers rising up to 230 metres.

L&T said the contracts fall under its “large” project classification.
