New Delhi: Online travel platform EaseMyTrip on Tuesday announced a strategic partnership with airport experience platform Hoi to offer complimentary meals to passengers flying out of Hyderabad, New Delhi and Goa airports.

Under the initiative, travellers booking flights on EaseMyTrip can pre-select their meals by choosing the food outlet, dish and pickup time through Hoi’s platform, allowing them to skip long queues at airport food courts. The service is aimed at improving pre-boarding convenience, especially during peak travel hours when waiting times can stretch beyond 30 minutes.
The company said the feature is seamlessly integrated into the flight booking journey. Once a booking is completed, passengers are redirected to Hoi’s platform to finalise their meal preferences, after which the food is prepared and made available for pickup at the scheduled time.
Rikant Pittie, co-founder and CEO of EaseMyTrip, said the initiative is part of the company’s broader vision of building a customer-first, integrated travel ecosystem. “This complimentary pre-ordered meal offering is designed to simplify one of the many decisions travellers make at airports and make the overall journey more convenient,” he said.
The rollout at select airports reflects EaseMyTrip’s strategy of differentiating itself through value-added services, even as competition intensifies among online travel agencies. The company said the partnership reinforces its focus on convenience-led innovation and enhancing the end-to-end travel experience for customers.
