Mumbai: Publishing and content solutions firm MPS Ltd on Monday announced the appointment of Radha Papinani as its General Counsel and a member of the senior management team, effective December 29, 2025.

In a regulatory filing, the company said Papinani will oversee MPS’s global legal and compliance functions and work closely with the board and executive leadership to strengthen governance, regulatory compliance and legal risk management. The appointment comes as MPS advances its long-term Vision 2027 strategy.
Papinani brings over three decades of experience across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, litigation management and corporate governance, having advised organisations in India and overseas. Her role will include supporting strategic initiatives, supervising high-value transactions and reinforcing compliance frameworks across business units, the company said.
MPS said the appointment is part of its efforts to build a robust leadership team capable of supporting growth while maintaining high standards of governance and ethical conduct. Papinani is not related to any of the company’s directors, the filing added.
