Mumbai: Sobha Ltd on Friday reported a record-breaking quarter, with real estate sales value jumping 52.3% year-on-year to ₹2,115 crore in the December quarter, supported by robust residential demand and new project launches.
The Bengaluru-based developer said its share of sales value stood at an all-time high of ₹1,818 crore in Q3FY26, accounting for nearly 86% of total sales. Sales value was also up 11.2% sequentially over the September quarter, according to an operational update filed with stock exchanges.
New sales area during the quarter rose to 1.37 million sq ft, with an average price realisation of ₹15,436 per sq ft, reflecting continued pricing strength across key markets. Bengaluru remained the largest contributor, generating ₹1,512 crore in sales value, or over 71% of the total, aided by the successful launch of the Sobha Magnus project in South Bengaluru.
The National Capital Region (NCR) contributed ₹349 crore, driven by the launch of Sobha Strada, a serviced apartment project in Gurugram, while the Kerala market added ₹154 crore, marking an 18% growth over the year-ago period.
For the first nine months of FY26, Sobha reported sales value of ₹6,097 crore, up 37.3% year-on-year, with cumulative new sales area of 4.21 million sq ft. This marked the highest-ever nine-month sales performance for the company.
During the quarter, Sobha completed 1.39 million sq ft of development, delivering 915 homes. Cumulative completions for the nine-month period stood at 3.64 million sq ft, covering about 2,100 homes.
The company also marked its entry into the Mumbai market with the launch of Sobha Inizio, a luxury residential project in the Sewri–Parel micro-market. With this addition, Sobha’s operational footprint has expanded to 13 cities across India.
