New Delhi: Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of Mamaearth, on Tuesday said it has completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in BTM Ventures Pvt Ltd, which owns and operates the men’s personal care brand Reginald Men, for an equity value of ₹197.96 crore.

In a regulatory filing, the company said the transaction was executed through a secondary purchase of equity shares and includes cash and cash equivalents of ₹12.71 crore available on the books of BTM Ventures as on the closing date. Following the completion of the deal, BTM Ventures has become a subsidiary of Honasa Consumer.
The acquisition marks a strategic push by Honasa to deepen its portfolio beyond its core digitl-first beauty and personal care brands, with a sharper focus on the men’s grooming segment, which has been witnessing rising demand driven by premiumisation and online-led consumption.
Honasa said the disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and will also be hosted on the company’s website.
The company did not disclose further details on integration plans or future capital infusion into the acquired entity.
