New Delhi: Hatsun Agro Product Ltd on Monday said its board has approved the reappointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s internal auditor for the financial year 2026–27, in line with the provisions of the Companies Act and SEBI’s listing regulations.

The decision was taken at the board meeting held on January 19, 2026, the dairy products maker informed stock exchanges. EY has been associated with the company as its internal auditor, and the latest move represents a continuation of the existing engagement rather than a change in audit firm.

Ernst & Young LLP is part of the global EY network and is among the Big Four auditing and accounting firms. The firm will carry out internal audit responsibilities for Hatsun Agro for FY27, the company said, without disclosing the audit fee.

The reappointment underscores Hatsun Agro’s focus on maintaining strong internal controls, risk management practices and regulatory compliance as it scales operations across dairy, ice cream and value-added products.
