In a regulatory filing to stock exchanges, the company responded to a clarification sought by BSE and NSE over a January 23 media report that cited a Bloomberg story on a US regulator seeking measures to serve legal summons on certain Adani Group promoters.

The company said it had already addressed a similar clarification earlier, in November 2024, and reiterated that the content of the press report does not trigger any disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.

“There are no allegations made against the Company in, and the Company is not party to, these proceedings,” Adani Power said in its response to the exchanges.

The clarification comes amid heightened market sensitivity to regulatory and legal developments involving large corporate groups. Adani Power said the exchanges may take the clarification on record.
