In a post on X, Modi described the Expo as a “powerful convergence of ideas, innovation and intent,” indicating the government’s push to position India as a leading AI innovation hub while balancing ethical considerations.
The event comes at a time when India is accelerating its AI strategy through policy initiatives, public-private partnerships and investments in digital public infrastructure.
