The IT major said the partnership will focus on deploying generative AI, cloud modernisation, data engineering and cybersecurity solutions to help enterprises improve productivity, enhance customer experience and drive cost optimisation. The collaboration is expected to create integrated AI-first offerings tailored for sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, retail and telecom.

The company indicated that the initiative will combine its proprietary AI frameworks and domain capabilities with the partner’s advanced platforms to enable end-to-end transformation—from strategy and design to implementation and managed services.

AI-Led Enterprise Transformation

Infosys said enterprises are moving from pilot-stage AI deployments to scaled, production-grade rollouts. The expanded alliance aims to address this shift by building industry-specific AI accelerators, reusable solution blueprints and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI implementation.

The company added that the engagement will also focus on talent upskilling, with dedicated training programmes and certification pathways for employees to build advanced AI and cloud capabilities.

Strengthening Large Deal Pipeline

Industry analysts note that large transformation deals, especially those anchored in cloud and AI, have remained resilient despite macroeconomic caution in certain markets. Infosys said the collaboration is expected to enhance its large deal pipeline and deepen client relationships in North America and Europe.

The company has been investing in building AI-driven platforms and automation capabilities to improve delivery efficiency and margins. Management reiterated its focus on disciplined execution, cost optimisation and value-led pricing.

Competitive Landscape

The announcement comes at a time when global IT services firms are repositioning themselves as AI transformation partners rather than traditional outsourcing vendors. Infosys has been sharpening its positioning around digital engineering, platform integration and AI governance frameworks.

With enterprises increasingly prioritising productivity gains and faster innovation cycles, the expanded collaboration is expected to strengthen Infosys’ standing in high-growth technology segments.
