The company said the platform is purpose-built for Indian banks and integrates 550 domain-aware AI agents across lending, trade finance, payments, treasury, wealth management, customer servicing and complaint management.

The AI-first ecosystem is designed to make banking “invisible, intelligent and inseparable from daily life,” leveraging multilingual natural language capabilities and enterprise-grade governance frameworks.

Natural Language at the Core

At the heart of the ecosystem is a Natural Language Experience (NLX) layer that allows customers to interact with banking systems through everyday spoken or written language. The company said this eliminates language and literacy barriers, enabling retail and SME customers to access financial services via voice or text across devices.

The platform incorporates hyper-personalisation, embedded finance capabilities, autonomous operating models, continuous large language model (LLM) learning, and enterprise governance controls to ensure compliance and mitigate AI-related risks.

AI Agents Across Banking Functions

Among the key offerings is “Bank GPT,” designed to automate transactional queries and potentially reduce customer service requests by up to 35%. The platform also features over 65 pre-trained “Digital Experts” built on Intellect’s Purple Fabric AI platform, enabling agentic AI systems governed by regulatory and policy frameworks.

In lending, the company claims the system can accelerate loan onboarding by up to ten times and reduce non-performing asset (NPA) risks by 30%. In trade finance, document checking and vetting can be reduced by 50%, with over 90% accuracy in document extraction and classification.

Retail and SME modules offer automated savings optimisation, debt management suggestions, tax nudges, liquidity projections and automated reconciliation features.

Arun Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Intellect Design Arena, said the launch represents the “next wave in inclusive intelligent banking,” adding that the system is multilingual and designed to democratise banking innovation.

The rollout comes at a time when Indian banks are accelerating digital transformation efforts and integrating AI into core systems amid regulatory oversight and rising competition from fintech players.

Intellect Design Arena serves over 500 customers across 61 countries and has been positioning itself as an AI-first financial technology provider. The new platform reflects the broader industry shift from digital enablement to AI-native banking architecture.
