New Delhi: Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited (PGHH) on Tuesday said its Legal Head and Executive Director, Ghanashyam Hegde, will move to a regional assignment within the parent group later this year.
In a regulatory filing, the company informed exchanges that Hegde will assume the role of Vice President & Associate General Counsel – Market Operations for India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, effective July 1, 2026.
Hegde currently serves as Legal Head, Executive Director and Company Secretary at PGHH. His move reflects an internal leadership transition within the broader Procter & Gamble organisation.
The filing did not specify a successor for his current responsibilities at the listed entity.
