Akzo Nobel India Limited, one of the country’s leading paint and coatings manufacturers, has reported its financial performance for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
During the second quarter (Q2 FY2025), the company posted revenue from operations of ₹8,426.32 million, a decrease from ₹9,913.54 million in the same quarter of the previous year. For the half-year period, revenue stood at ₹18,467.21 million, compared to ₹20,373.58 million during the corresponding period last year.
The company also recorded an exceptional income of ₹18,741.78 million, which provided a significant boost to its overall results. Profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹977.11 million, as against ₹1,317.54 million in Q2 FY2024.
Despite a slight drop in sales compared to last year, Akzo Nobel India maintained a stable earnings profile, supported by strong operational efficiency and disciplined cost control. The equity capital of the company remained steady at ₹455.40 million, while earnings per share (EPS) came in at ₹36.9.
The results highlight Akzo Nobel India’s continued focus on sustaining profitability and navigating market fluctuations through a balanced business strategy and resilient performance.
