New Delhi: GMR Airports Ltd on Monday informed stock exchanges that Antoine Roger Bernard Crombez has resigned from the board with immediate effect, marking a board-level change at the airport infrastructure major.

In a regulatory filing, the company said Crombez stepped down from his role as alternate director to non-executive director Philippe Pascal, citing personal reasons and other professional commitments.
The resignation has taken effect from December 16, 2025, GMR Airports said, in compliance with disclosure requirements under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company added that there were no other material reasons behind the decision beyond those stated in the resignation letter.
Crombez was appointed as an alternate director representing Groupe ADP’s interests on the board of GMR Airports, which operates and develops airport assets in India and overseas.
The company clarified that the cessation is limited to the alternate directorship and does not involve any executive management role.
GMR Airports, formerly known as GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd, has been focused on strengthening its balance sheet and expanding capacity across key airport assets, including Delhi International Airport.
