In a regulatory filing, Awfis said the study positions managed office spaces (MOS) as a preferred workspace model for large enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and fast-growing companies seeking flexibility, customisation and operational efficiency.

The report draws on market data, CXO insights and case studies across sectors including technology, BFSI, consulting and manufacturing.

According to Awfis, the shift towards managed offices is being driven by factors such as the permanence of hybrid work, expansion into Tier II and III cities, cost optimisation pressures and rising focus on employee experience and ESG compliance.

The report identifies eight key growth drivers, including technology adoption, favourable real estate dynamics and increased foreign investment.

Awfis said its managed office offerings integrate customised design, technology infrastructure and end-to-end facility management under a single platform.

Case studies cited in the report include large office deployments for clients such as the National Stock Exchange and multinational IT firms.

Awfis, India’s largest listed flexible workspace provider, operates over 200 centres across 18 cities and serves more than 3,000 clients.
