The platform is built to support enterprises transitioning to an AI-first operating model, offering end-to-end autonomous operations across the lifecycle of IT systems running on hybrid cloud infrastructure. Coforge said EvolveOps.AI leverages agentic AI, fine-tuned small language models and open-source technologies to integrate with existing observability, automation and data platforms.

According to the company, enterprises using the platform have reported up to a 25% reduction in system downtime, a 40% cut in IT operational expenses and a 60% improvement in mean time to detection and resolution of incidents. The solution also enables faster product launches by automating complex IT operations workflows.

Ashish Kumar, global business unit head for cloud, AI infrastructure and security at Coforge, said the launch aligns with the company’s “Mission Zero” strategy, which focuses on zero disruption, zero touch and zero friction in cloud transformations. The platform allows enterprises to move from reactive IT management to proactive, autonomous operations.

EvolveOps.AI supports integration with major cloud service providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, as well as private cloud environments. Coforge said the platform has been designed to work alongside existing enterprise IT operations tools, enabling adoption without disrupting current technology landscapes.

The launch underscores Coforge’s push to deepen its AI-led services portfolio as enterprises increasingly look to automate IT operations and improve resilience amid growing complexity of multi-cloud environments.
