New Delhi: IndiGo on Tuesday announced that its flight operations have fully normalised across its network after several days of disruptions that had led to mass delays, cancellations and baggage pile-ups. The airline said it has restored its published schedule with an “adjusted network” and is once again operating at regular on-time performance levels.

In a press statement filed with stock exchanges, the carrier said it operated over 1,800 flights today, connecting all 138 stations, and expects to scale up to nearly 1,900 flights on Wednesday. IndiGo also said “nearly all” stranded baggage has been delivered to passengers, with remaining items scheduled for delivery at the earliest.

The airline has introduced an automated ‘no-questions-asked’ full refund option for passengers whose flights were cancelled during the disruption. Customers can process refunds directly through IndiGo’s website without needing to contact support.

IndiGo has advised passengers to check live flight status before travelling to the airport and assured that its operations have been optimised to avoid further delays. “We regret this disruption and apologise to all our customers for the inconvenience caused,” the airline  said.
