The partnership will integrate Intel’s high-performance and energy-efficient compute platforms with Infosys Topaz Fabric — the company’s AI-first services suite designed to unify infrastructure, models, data and workflows into a composable AI ecosystem.

The companies said the focus will be on delivering “right-sized” AI architectures that balance performance, security and total cost of ownership (TCO), particularly for mission-critical use cases such as IT operations, developer productivity and enterprise automation.

From AI Pilots to Measurable Outcomes

The collaboration aims to address a growing enterprise challenge: scaling AI initiatives from proof-of-concept stages to production-ready environments with measurable business impact.

Infosys and Intel will co-innovate on the design, optimization and benchmarking of AI workloads across Intel® Xeon® processors, Intel® Gaudi® AI accelerators and Intel® AI PCs. The companies plan to emphasize open standards across the edge-to-cloud stack, enabling secure, modular and cost-efficient deployments.

Salil Parekh, CEO of Infosys, said the alliance reflects the company’s commitment to embedding AI “deeply and responsibly” across enterprise operations.

“By bringing together Intel’s compute leadership and the capabilities of Infosys Topaz, we are enabling enterprises to unlock AI value at scale — securely, cost-effectively and with clear business impact,” Parekh said.

Lip-Bu Tan, CEO of Intel, added that the partnership will allow enterprises to deploy performance-optimized and energy-efficient AI solutions across data centers, cloud and edge environments.

Focus on Secure, Agent-Driven AI

A key component of the expanded collaboration is the enablement of advanced AI agents capable of securely accessing enterprise data, coordinating tasks and operating within regulated environments.

The integrated solution will include data integration, model management, performance monitoring and built-in security features aimed at supporting complex enterprise workloads.

With enterprises under pressure to demonstrate tangible returns from AI investments, the Infosys-Intel partnership signals a shift from experimental generative AI initiatives toward structured, production-grade AI ecosystems designed for predictable and scalable outcomes.

The announcement comes amid intensifying competition among global IT services firms to secure strategic AI infrastructure alliances as enterprises accelerate digital transformation agendas.
