This partnership combines their AI capabilities to enhance various enterprise functions across industries. These integrated solutions aim to democratize data and intelligence, boosting productivity and revenue growth for businesses.
Infosys is offering services and solutions in areas like semantic search, document summarization, contact center transformation, AI-augmented software development, and marketing content creation using generative AI. One example is how Infosys helped a financial services company automate document organization and improve the productivity of their financial advisors.
Through this collaboration, Infosys Topaz will leverage Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Services to help enterprise customers transition to AI solutions. These solutions intend to enhance operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, future-proof investments, and create new business models.

Nicole Dezen, Chief Partner Officer at Microsoft, expressed their enthusiasm for expanding collaboration with Infosys to deliver innovative solutions using generative AI, helping customers drive growth and innovation. On the stock market, Infosys shares closed 1% lower at ₹1,460.05 on the BSE.
