ISSPA Agra Summit 2023 Unites Paint Fraternity to Explore Industry’s Challenges and Opportunities

The Indian Small Scale Paint Association (ISSPA) Uttar Pradesh Region recently hosted a remarkable event, the “AGRA SUMMIT,” on April 21, 2023, at Ramada Agra. This eagerly anticipated gathering brought together esteemed members of the paint fraternity to engage in insightful discussions on various topics relevant to the industry. The event witnessed an impressive lineup of speakers, including Mrs. Shilpa Raveshia, the National President of ISSPA, and Dr. Mukesh Sharma, IES, the Assistant Director of MSME-DI Agra, as the Guest of Honor.

The program commenced on a patriotic note, with everyone rising to honor the National Anthem, setting the tone for a day of camaraderie and learning. The lighting of the lamp by distinguished guests and dignitaries added a ceremonial touch to the occasion. Mr. Mrigank Mishra, the Chairman of the UP Region, extended a warm welcome to the attendees, expressing gratitude for their presence and emphasizing the significance of their contributions to the paint industry. 

The highlight of the event was the address by Mrs. Shilpa Raveshia, the esteemed National President of ISSPA. She commended the ISSPA UP team for their outstanding organization of the event and conveyed her eagerness to participate in future endeavors by the ISSPA UP Region. Mrs. Raveshia lauded the unity within the paint fraternity in the region, expressing her admiration for the efforts made by the ISSPA UP Region. Her motivating speech set the stage for a day filled with knowledge exchange and collaboration.

The presence of Mr. Manish Malhotra, CEO of Paint Vision Magazine, added a special touch to the event. As the media partner of the summit, Paint Vision Magazine played a significant role in promoting the event and managing its activities. The ISSPA UP Region extended heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Malhotra for his exceptional efforts and unwavering support.

Dr. Mukesh Sharma, the Guest of Honor, presented on “MSME Registration Procedure & MSME Schemes.” His informative session shed light on the government’s initiatives to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The audience was appreciative of the government’s efforts and actively engaged with Dr. Sharma, seeking guidance on resolving their grievances with government authorities.

Renowned paint technocrat Mr. Jay Jagdish Vyas led a captivating discussion on the challenges faced by SMEs in water-based coatings. The session sparked lively participation from the delegates, who relished the opportunity to delve into the subject and have their queries addressed by Mr. Vyas during an interactive Q&A round. His expertise and insights provided valuable takeaways for all participants.

Mr. Ashok Gupta, Chairman of the Sakarni group, delivered an enlightening technical lecture on “SAKARNI White Portland Cement.” His profound expertise and insights were well received by the audience, further enriching their knowledge of the subject matter. Additionally, Mr. Ajay Pareek, Vice President of Loyalty Xpert group, presented on “Channel & Sales Engagement with Loyalty Management Growing Channel Sales Volume & Revenue Digitally.” His engaging presentation provided valuable insights into loyalty management and digital sales engagement, receiving accolades from the audience.
