As per the latest notification, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) are going to conduct a special live trading session on 20th Jan 2024. This going to happen because of some norms. Let’s have a brief discussion about Live trading sessions NSE and BSE. Also, read which are trading options that will be available on the day.
Based on the details of live trading sessions NSE and BSE, will conduct this special session in the equity F&O segment. There will be two sessions in a day which is another interesting for the new investors and traders. Tomorrow there will be two different timings in which the first session will start at 09:15 AM and will close at 10:00 AM. On the other side, the second session will start at 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
After the first session, there will be a pre-open session which will start at 11:15 AM and close at 11:30 AM. Call Auction Illiquid session will be at 11:45 AM and will end at noon. The closing Session will open at 12:40 PM and it will end at 12:50 PM. Trading modification time will end at 1:00 PM.
There will be a 5% upper circuit and a 5% lower circuit limit on stocks. But the securities that already have a 2% circuit limit will continue with the same limit on the day. The settlement of F&O funds of 19th Jan will not be available for trading on the day because there will be a settlement holiday on 20th Jan 2024. Also, the transactions of BTST on 20th Jan 2024 will be settled on 22nd Jan 2024 and the fund will be credited on 23rd Jan 2024.
