Mumbai: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd on Tuesday announced the launch of Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a potential gross development value (GDV) of about ₹1,900 crore, as the company steps up its focus on one of its key residential markets.

The project, which marks Mahindra Lifespaces’ third Net Zero residential development in Bengaluru, is part of the Mahindra Group firm’s strategy to deepen its presence in end-user–driven urban markets, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Mahindra Blossom will offer 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK homes in a low-density format, with around 75% open-to-sky spaces and amenities spread across nearly 97,000 sq ft. The development is planned to be pre-certified for IGBC Green Homes and IGBC Net Zero Waste, aligning with the company’s sustainability-led housing portfolio.
“Bengaluru is a key market in our strategy to scale residential development across strong, end-user-driven cities. Whitefield continues to see steady absorption supported by connectivity improvements and a deep employment base,” said Vimalendra Singh, chief business officer – residential, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, adding that the company expects the project to build on the momentum of its earlier launches in the city.
Strategically located next to the Hopefarm–Channasandra metro station, the project provides access to major IT and employment hubs, along with social and retail infrastructure within a 5-km radius.
Mahindra Lifespaces, which has committed to building only Net Zero homes from 2030 onwards, continues to expand its residential footprint alongside its industrial and integrated city developments as demand for sustainable housing gathers pace in large urban centres.
