New Delhi: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd reported a robust uptick in overall utility vehicle (UV) sales in November 2025, driven by strong performance across its Scorpio, Bolero and Thar lineups, according to the company’s monthly filing with stock exchanges.

The automaker sold 96,196 vehicles during the month, up from 81,239 units a year earlier, marking a double-digit expansion across segments. Total production also grew to 28,679 units, compared with 26,406 units in November 2024.

A major highlight for the month was the sharp surge in electric SUV volumes. Sales of the Origin EV SUV jumped from just 179 units last year to 1,823 units in November 2025. Including subsidiary Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd, electric UV dispatches crossed 2,700 units, signalling accelerating adoption in the EV portfolio.

Among traditional UVs, the Scorpio diesel continued to lead the charge with 15,475 units produced and 14,882 units sold, compared to 11,869 and 12,158 units respectively a year earlier. The Bolero diesel also delivered a strong month, clocking 10,728 units in production and 10,521 units in sales.

The Thar portfolio—diesel and petrol combined—recorded healthy growth with diesel production rising to 10,567 units, up from 7,132 units in November 2024. Petrol variants also saw moderate increases.

Mahindra’s electric three-wheeler business under Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd continued to scale, with the Treo electric passenger 3W reporting 8,891 units, up from 6,518 units a year earlier. However, some models such as the e-Alfa Cargo and Treo Yaari witnessed softer demand.

Exports remained largely stable at 1,760 units, compared with 1,704 units last year.

The company said the numbers are provisional and may be revised afte r audit.
