Actress Shefali Jariwala and wife of TV Actor Parag Tyagi passed away on 27th June 2025. There was no disease linked to her death, she was fit, it was a sudden death. Shefali suffered a cardiac arrest. A young soul gone too soon.
Kanta Laga Girl, Shefali Jariwala passed away in Mumbai at the age of 42. Reports indicate that a sudden cardiac arrest struck Shefali, and she was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead-on arrival. After a postmortem examination, authorities found that she was otherwise healthy.
At the moment, police reached Shefali and Parag’s residence. Police have launched a full investigation. Early indication suggests that the use of anti-aging injection on empty stomach have triggered her blood pressure drop leading to sudden event.
As per the reports, Shefali had a fast at that day, on empty stomach she had medicine due to which her BP dropped. Pooja Ghai, Jariwala’s friend, shared that Shefali stopped responding to her husband. The police questioned Prag, but they found no evidence of foul play.
At the funeral, Shefali’s Bigg Boss family members, including Paras Chhabra, Aarti Singh, Mahira Sharma, Hindustani Bhau, and Rashmi Desai, paid their respects. Hindustani Bhau said teary eyed- “Her number is phone, but the phone won’t ring”. Himanshi Khurana wrote on her Insta story -” Bigg Boss, that place is cursed”.
At Shefali’s prayer meet on July 2nd, emotional moments unfolded as her father’s grief overwhelmed him, breaking into tears, while Parag offered him comfort and consolation.
Baba Ramdev commented that people are overloading on artificial “software/hardware” enhancements. Suggested deeper lifestyle imbalances, this statement drew criticism online for his tone.
This incident has started a debate around anti-ageing therapies are likely to continue or not.
