New Delhi: Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky from Radico Khaitan Ltd has been ranked fourth among the Top Trending World Whiskies for 2026 in the influential Drinks International Report 2026, underscoring the growing global traction of Indian single malts in premium and luxury spirits markets.

The Drinks International Report is widely regarded as a key global industry benchmark, with rankings based on feedback from leading bars across major international markets. The list reflects brands that are shaping bar menus, consumer conversations and demand trends worldwide. Rampur’s entry at the fourth position places it alongside some of the most established names in the global whisky landscape.
“This recognition strengthens our belief that Indian single malts are competing at the highest level globally,” said Abhishek Khaitan, managing director of Radico Khaitan, adding that the ranking reflects the long-term focus on craftsmanship, brand-building and international appeal.
Rampur’s rise has been driven by its increasing presence across key export markets and growing acceptance among premium bars, retailers and whisky enthusiasts. Crafted in India and influenced by the country’s distinctive climatic conditions, the brand has positioned itself as a high-quality, terroir-led offering within the global single malt category.
Sanjeev Banga, president – international business at Radico Khaitan, said the ranking mirrors rising global interest in Indian single malts. “As we expand our footprint internationally, our focus remains on preserving Rampur’s artisanal character while introducing it to new audiences,” he said.
The latest recognition comes as Radico Khaitan sharpens its focus on premiumisation, innovation and exports, with its brands now available in more than 100 countries. Industry analysts say Rampur’s strong showing in global rankings reflects a broader shift, as Indian-origin premium spirits gain visibility and credibility in mature international markets.
With Rampur’s #4 ranking, Radico Khaitan continues to strengthen its positioning as a key Indian player in the global spirits industry, leveraging premium brands to drive long-term growth beyond the domestic market.
