New Delhi: Stanley Lifestyles Ltd on Monday said it has executed a licensing agreement with Hilker Far East Ltd under which it will obtain exclusive rights to manufacture, retail and distribute Hilker-branded products in India, in a move aimed at expanding its premium offerings.
Under the agreement, Hilker Far East will grant a manufacturing licence to Stanley Lifestyles and its wholly owned subsidiary, Stanley Retail Ltd, in return for an agreed royalty. Stanley Retail will act as the licensee, while Stanley Lifestyles will handle manufacturing of the products.
The company said the agreement does not involve any equity participation or special rights such as board representation. While transactions between Stanley Lifestyles and its subsidiary will qualify as related-party transactions, these will be carried out on an arm’s-length basis.
Stanley Lifestyles said the partnership will allow it to leverage Hilker’s global design capabilities and product portfolio, while strengthening its presence in the premium furniture and lifestyle segment. The agreement was executed on December 22, 2025, and marks a strategic step in expanding the company’s branded product range.
Hilker Far East is not related to the Stanley promoter group, the company clarified, adding that the arrangement is expected to enhance product differentiation and support long-term growth in the organised furniture market.
