The company has launched TCS Workspace Experience Studio engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), integrating zero-trust security architecture, digital experience monitoring, observability and AI-driven analytics to deliver a seamless and resilient workplace ecosystem.

The launch comes as enterprises accelerate investments in secure and intelligent digital infrastructure. According to TCS, the global digital workspace market is projected to exceed $160 billion by 2030, with an addressable opportunity of over $8 billion over the next five years.

Focus on AI-led experience and security

The enhanced studio leverages Zscaler’s OneAPI framework for integration and automation of services, enabling advanced digital experience monitoring (DEM), workplace observability and strengthened cybersecurity capabilities.

Murali Menon, Global Head – ITIS Offerings & Engineering, Cloud Unit at TCS, said CIOs are increasingly shifting focus from traditional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), prioritising AI-driven enhancements to employee collaboration and innovation.

Anthony Torsiello, SVP, Global Partner Ecosystems at Zscaler, said the collaboration aims to help enterprises achieve tangible business outcomes through smarter and more resilient digital environments.

Productivity gains and automation

TCS said it has already deployed the solution for a leading Scottish multinational engineering company, where it is projected to deliver a 25–30% improvement in user productivity.

The platform incorporates auto-healing and auto-remediation capabilities that detect and resolve issues across applications, infrastructure and user systems, reducing downtime and manual intervention. A User Persona feature leverages ZDX data to provide personalised insights and recommendations, aimed at minimising user friction.

Strategic positioning

The development strengthens TCS’ broader Human-Centric AI portfolio and aligns with its ambition to become the world’s largest AI-led technology services company. For Zscaler, the alliance deepens its enterprise reach by embedding its digital experience monitoring tools within TCS’ managed services ecosystem.

TCS reported consolidated revenues of over $30 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

The expanded partnership underscores growing enterprise demand for secure, AI-enabled and experience-focused digital transformation frameworks amid hybrid work adoption.
