The DDA Housing Scheme is back with another 40,000 flats. Under this scheme, DDA will divide housing into three categories. The first one will be the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme. The second will be the DDA General Housing Scheme and the third is the Dwarka Housing Scheme. It provides the cheapest accommodation starting from Rs. 11.5 Lakhs on a first come first serve basis. DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Is Providing 40,000 Flats On Sale Catering All Income Groups
DDA Housing scheme is focusing on providing 40,000 flats on sale which will be divided into the following categories. They will be Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme, General Housing Scheme, and Dwarka Housing Scheme. Under the Sasta Housing Scheme, the houses will be available at the minimum price of Rs. 11.5 Lakhs. There will be 34,177 flats in total.
The one who comes and books first will get it. Its location will be Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, and Narela. All the Low-Income Groups and Economically Weak Sections can buy it. The registration for the flat will begin on 22 August 2024 at 11:00 A.M. The booking will close on 10 September 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Its last deadline is 31 March 2025.
The second scheme is the General Housing Scheme 2024. Under this scheme, DDA will be providing 5,531 flats for High Income Group, Medium Income Group and Low Income Group. These flats will start from Rs. 29 Lakhs and are available at Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela.
The last scheme is the Dwarka scheme with only 173 flats. It targets the high-income groups. However, Middle income and Lower income groups are also eligible for the purchase. The starting price for these flats will be Rs. 1.28 Crores at Sector 14, 16B, and 19B in Dwarka. It will be sold using E-auction.
Those who are interested in this deal can start registration and EMD submission from 22 August 2024 at 11:00 A.M. However, the booking will start on 10 September 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Some of the destinations with flats on offer are as follows:
