Located in Udyog Vihar, the new centre spans two floors and houses over 1,200 desks, marking the company’s 15th facility in the micro-market and its sixth in partnership with real estate developer DLF.

Enterprise-Led Expansion

The expansion comes amid strong office absorption trends in NCR, with Gurugram accounting for nearly 60% of the region’s commercial real estate market share, driven largely by consulting and IT-BPM sectors.

Over the past two years, WeWork India has recorded a 50% increase in enterprise desks across NCR, supported by demand from finance, technology and professional services firms. The company said it has added more than 3,000 desks in the region through enterprise-led transactions during this period.

Arnav S. Gusain, Chief of Supply at WeWork India, said large enterprises are increasingly seeking flexible, design-forward workspaces that combine operational reliability with prime location advantages.

Strategic Location and Design

Atrium Place is situated just off NH-48 with proximity to Rapid Metro access and around 10 km from IGI Airport, offering connectivity advantages for corporate occupiers.

The building features a 25-metre-high all-weather atrium and incorporates intelligent building management systems, UV-enabled dual air filtration, CO2 sensor-based ventilation and energy-efficient facades.

Designed with a minimalist aesthetic, the centre includes collaboration zones, indoor event spaces, presentation rooms, wellness areas, phone booths and a coffee bar, alongside supporting amenities within the larger tech park ecosystem.

Portfolio Scale-Up

Launched in 2017, WeWork India operates across eight cities with over 1.21 lakh desks and 73 centres spanning 8.2 million sq ft as of December 2025.

The company claims to have been the largest flexible workspace operator by revenue in India over the past three fiscal years, citing industry reports.

Listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, WeWork India has been steadily expanding its footprint through asset-light partnerships with developers and institutional landlords.

With Gurugram continuing to anchor NCR’s commercial leasing momentum, industry analysts expect flexible workspace operators to capture a growing share of enterprise demand, particularly as companies recalibrate real estate strategies toward hybrid and managed office models.
