Noel Tata was born in 1957. He is an Indian-Irish-born businessman. After completing his education at the University of Sussex, INSEAD, he started taking up various professions. Noel is currently handling Tata’s Trent. It is a retail company with three major brands in India. The first is Westside. It is a fashion retail chain that provides clothing, home, and other products. The second brand is Star Bazaar, a retail chain that sells groceries and home goods. The third is Zudio, the most prominent in Genz. It is a trending and affordable clothing brand.
Apart from Trent, Noel also serves as the Managing Director of Tata Industries. It is the holding company of the Tata Group. This includes companies like Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Tata Consultancy Services, Indian Hotels Company, Titan, Tata Power, and Tata Chemicals. Tata Motors includes Tata Nexon, Tata Tiago and Tata Safari. At the same time, Titan includes brands like Sonata and Fastrack. Tata Trusts holds over 66% stake in Tata Sons.
Noel Tata is now the chairman of the Tata Trusts. He showed his gratitude for receiving the position of chairman of Tata Trusts. He expressed his gratitude for receiving the post.
