On Saturday, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishanaw launched the indigenously developed IP/MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) router in Bengaluru, India. People who need higher internet speed at their home or workplace can use this router which can offer 2.4 tbps internet speed.
As per the details, this indigenous router has been made by the collaboration of the government Department of Telecom, CDOT, and Nivetti. This router can contribute a big role in the digital India vision through its impressive capacity to provide above 2tbps speed.
This router is designed in India, made in India and its entire work was done in India. Undoubtedly, routers are one of the core equipment in the digital world. Also, a made-in-India router will be a good initiative by the government.
