New Delhi: Arisinfra Solutions Ltd on Monday said it has secured an asphalt supply order valued at around ₹35 crore, signalling its expansion into the road infrastructure materials segment and adding to its execution-led order book.

In a regulatory filing, the company said the order has been awarded to its subsidiary, Buildmex Infra Pvt. Ltd., by Goswami Infra, and involves asphalt supply along with execution-linked works.
The company said the win reflects growing demand for execution-focused infrastructure models, particularly in segments where delivery timelines and on-ground coordination are critical. The project is part of a broader execution relationship, with scope for additional work as highway corridor projects progress.
Arisinfra operates an asset-light, technology-enabled construction materials network, focusing on coordination and execution rather than ownership of heavy manufacturing assets.
According to the company, its asphalt business has now moved into live operations, with execution underway on multiple highway infrastructure projects.
Chairman and Managing Director Ronak Morbia said the order validates the company’s network-led approach in execution-intensive infrastructure categories.
Listed earlier this year, Arisinfra is positioning itself as an organised platform for construction material supply and services, catering to infrastructure developers and contractors across high-growth regions.
