Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation recently allotted 80 acres of land to Berger Paints India for their massive factory setup. The move will help local people in the industry and further development.
Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation comes under the government of Odisha and has been working under the government since its incorporation in 1981. The main work of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation is to provide land and infrastructure to industries for rapid industrial and trade growth in the area.
Around 80 acres of land have been allocated to Berger Paints in Mouza Kalibeti, located in the Khordha district. The aim of land allotment to the company is quite clear: the company sees cheap labour in the area, while on the other hand, the government sees employment for the local people.
According to Berger Paints, the new facility in the area will produce around 4,10,000 KL/MT. Paints and allied products related to the company, which will help people in employment, as well as the new facility, are not too far from the capital of Odisha, which will be a plus point in terms of connectivity.
As per reports, the company will make the plant in sustainable ways and will continue to use the area resources in the correct manner, which will not destroy or exploit the natural resources in any way. The products the company will create will be developed in sustainable ways.
