The company was named a leader in both consulting and transformation services as well as managed services categories, with ISG citing Coforge’s capabilities in AI-native cloud operations, platform engineering and vertical-specific transformation.

According to ISG, Coforge’s growth in public cloud services has been driven by its ability to combine industry IP with AI-enabled cloud operations, delivering outcome-linked transformation across hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. The report also highlighted the company’s use of open-source platform engineering models to improve scalability and return on investment for midmarket clients.

Analysts noted that Coforge’s EvolveOps.AI platform played a key role in its leadership positioning, enabling autonomous cloud operations through features such as predictive incident management, self-healing runbooks and policy-as-code. These capabilities help enterprises improve operational resilience, reduce downtime and enhance cost governance through integrated FinOps models.

“Coforge is rapidly expanding its public cloud portfolio by combining vertical IP with AI-native cloudOps to deliver outcome-tied transformations,” said Shashank Rajmane, principal analyst at ISG, adding that the approach ensures closer alignment with client business objectives.

The recognition comes at a time when global midmarket enterprises are stepping up investments in cloud modernisation and automation, even as discretionary tech spending remains under pressure. For Coforge, the endorsement strengthens its credentials in high-growth areas such as cloud, data and AI, which the company has identified as key drivers of its medium-term growth strategy.
