Bengaluru: Dynamatic Technologies has signed a key strategic agreement with to manufacture and assemble the complete rear fuselage (Section 5) of the French aerospace major’s latest business jet, the Falcon 6X, marking a significant scale-up in the Indian firm’s role in the global supply chain. The announcement was made through a stock exchange filing.

The development builds on Dynamatic’s earlier mandate—awarded in January 2024—to produce flight-critical aerostructures for the Falcon 6X, including the rear fuel tank, which has now completed industrialisation and entered commercial production. Deliveries have already commenced.
“This agreement to manufacture the complete rear fuselage is a major milestone,” said Udayant Malhoutra, CEO & MD of Dynamatic Technologies. “The successful production of flight-critical structures reflects our precision engineering capabilities. We look forward to strengthening the Falcon 6X programme with world-class components.”
Dassault Aviation, which has long positioned itself as a committed partner in India’s Make in India initiative, said the expanded partnership demonstrates the maturity of India’s private-sector aerospace manufacturing ecosystem.
“Dynamatic Technologies has proven to be a valuable partner, enabling us to maintain high standards in our manufacturing processes,” said Bruno Coiffier, Senior Executive Vice President, Dassault Aviation. “The new agreement reinforces our confidence in the Falcon 6X programme and the benefits of deepening industrial collaboration with India.”
The Falcon 6X—globally recognised for its long range, high cabin comfort and advanced avionics—has been a flagship business jet project for Dassault. With the latest agreement, Dynamatic further consolidates its position as one of India’s leading suppliers of complex aerostructures to OEMs worldwide.
