The MSME Business Awards took place in New Delhi, India, in collaboration with Entrepreneur Magazine, aiming to acknowledge the vital role of MSMEs in India’s economy. With over 63.3 million MSMEs contributing around 30% of the GDP, the event celebrated their importance. The jury panel included notable figures like Mr. Ajay Thakur from BSE-SME, Mr. Vinod Keni of Peachtree Ventures, Kartikeya Sinha from NSIC LTD., Pranay Shah from TATA AIG INSURANCE, and Ritu Marya from Entrepreneur Media.
This awards program, recognized as a prominent MSME recognition initiative, honored the 10th edition with the presence of Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport and Highway, Government of India. The 12th Edition commended the achievements of 35 Micro, Small, and Medium businesses across India.
Chintan Vasani, the Founder Partner of Wisebiz, received the REAL ESTATE BUSINESS OF THE YEAR 2023 award from Shri Narayan Tatu Rane, Hon’ble Minister of MSME, Government of India. Wisebiz, a company specializing in Real Estate Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Closure Management, has multiple projects, including one under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
Chintan Vasani’s contributions in the real estate sector have been recognized through his appearances as a panelist on news channels like CNN News 18, Aaj Tak, and ET Now. His articles have been featured in esteemed publications like Economic Times, Times of India, and more. He was named ZEE BUSINESS Real Estate Entrepreneur of the year 2023 and was also part of FORBES INDIA MOST INFLUENTIAL LEADERS 2022.
Chintan Vasani expressed his pride in receiving the award from the Hon’ble Minister of MSME, especially given their shared Maharashtra background.
