NASA Astronaut Sunita Williams All Set For The International Space Station In Boeing Starliner Today

Indian-origin astronaut Sunita Williams took off her journey to the ISS in the Boeing Starliner at 10:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time today. The mission plays a crucial role in space innovations. After the mission is accomplished, the American space organization will be able to use the Starliner capsules sending four astronauts including the crew and the cargo to the orbit. NASA’s commercial crew program is hopeful and proud of its team’s hard work. They wish good luck for the astronauts. It is a type of test flight for the Starliner’s capsules. The previous attempt was missed because of technical issues.

Everyone is hopeful for her another attempt. Sunita Williams will not go alone. Nasa Astronaut Barry Butch Wilmore will accompany her on this mission. Both will break the new record after the mission becomes successful. Sunita Williams already has several other achievements. Also, her admirers support her in the mission. She has become the most space-walked woman after her regular space missions. She has spent a considerable time outside Earth in the ISS in the Earth’s orbit.

The mission will take approximately 10 days to accomplish. As per the details, Starliner Spacecraft with Astronaut Sunita Williams and Barry Butch Wilmore took off on 1 June 2024 at 10:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time. Both will land on 10 June 2024 in the Southwestern United States. They both will land through a parachute and the airbags at the said location. Both astronauts will become the first humans to move outside the Earth orbit in the Starliner capsule.

Sunita’s journey in the space missions started in June 1998. She was always a passionate human being who worked with full dedication in all her tasks. As a Navy officer in the American Army, she made several wise decisions that brought her to success in her life. She got a yes from NASA because of her efforts and accomplishments.
