Chris Sonntag belongs to New Berlin, Wisconsin, United States and also residing there for his current job. He has worked in several other companies. Starting his journey in 1997, Chris worked as a marketing analyst at Raabe Corporation. After 2.5 years, he got the opportunity to become the regional account manager for three years. After a year, he joined as an Industrial Sales Representative at Diamond Vogel Paints. He worked there for a decade successfully managing various roles. Apart from that, he has also worked at Sherwin Williams which is the number one paint company in the world.

In Sherwin Williams, he was Area Sales Manager for almost three years. Later, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager for five years.
